How to use

Note: The first time you use your mat, it will take longer to self-inflate.

1. Unroll the mat
2. Open the valve and lay flat — allow about 15 minutes to self-inflate
3. Top up by blowing with your mouth to your preferred firmness
4. Close the valve
5. Inspect the ground for sharp objects before laying down

• Avoid sharp or abrasive surfaces
• Do not inflate with any type of mechanical inflator
• Avoid contact with fuel and oil
• Wash with water and mild washing powder
• Do not leave in direct sunlight for extended periods
