Processing Time Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery within South Africa We ship nationwide across South Africa via reputable courier partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 1–3 business days for main cities and up to 7 business days for outlying areas. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Costs Silva and Primus products carry a R150 delivery charge and are excluded from the free-delivery offer. This charge is not per item. Products in our Ferro Rod Shipping profile qualify for free delivery with no minimum order value. For other products, standard delivery is R119 on orders below R1,000, with free delivery on qualifying orders of R1,000 or more within South Africa. Orders containing products from different suppliers may have combined delivery charges. The applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@roamrgear.co.za or call 082 503 9669. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
