🚚 Free delivery on all orders over R1,000 — dispatched within 1 business day.

1. Shipping Rates & Fees

Free shipping on all orders over R1,000. Orders below R1,000 are subject to a flat R119 delivery fee. We do not charge any handling fees.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched within one business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the following business day. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Estimated delivery timeframes once dispatched:

• Main cities: 1–3 business days
• Outlying areas: up to 7 business days

All orders are shipped via express courier.

3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We partner with trusted courier companies to ensure reliable and fast delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with a link to track your package. If your tracking has not updated within 2 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa only.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or if you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you to arrange redelivery. If redelivery is also unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further details.

6. Multiple Parcels

Some orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately from different suppliers. You may receive more than one parcel for a single order — this is completely normal! Each shipment will have its own tracking number, which we'll send to you as soon as it's available.
